Additional Features > The Code Definition Window
Select the topmost level of the tree. In the table, select the last line. Click on the CodeType cell. Expand the dropdown list and choose one of the available codes (C01-C08/C99). Press the TAB key to continue entering data:

Define a calculation rule for the code, e.g. [Weight]/1000*[LCG] or [Weight]*[C21].[Factor] |

Set how the code is presented in the Items window, either: EditBox (default), ComboBox, ListBox, CheckBox or ReadOnly. |

Mandatory |
Set to “Yes” or “No”, indicates if a item field is mandatory when added Item Window. |
Defines a default value to be added to each new item. |

SystemCodeVariable |
Used to indicate if a code is being used for a secondary WBS |
Defines the type of summary for the code |
