Additional Features > Importing and Exporting Data in ShipWeight > ShipWeight Custom Import > Source Data and Import Setting > Define Import Setting

Import Settings can be import from other databases or from a Project Data text file. Right mouse clicking the Source Data table will give you the relevant menu options for both import and export.
