Administration and Customization > User Permission Setup
A permission setting for a group will be default only be set for the project from which it is defined.
To copy these permissions to other projects, go to the “Projects” tabsheet in the User Group window and tick the checkboxes next to the projects you want the permissions of the group to be set to.
If you create a New Project you need to give the users permission to access the project in this window.
If you copy or save a project as a new project you can check the checkbox Copy Permissions then you do not need to set the permissions in the User Group window to give access to the new project.
